Local Pick Ups & Shipping
Local Pick Ups
Pick-ups are available for locals when you select PICK-UP as a shipping method. When order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with specific instructions for pick up. Please allow a minimum of 24 hours to process your in store Pick Up. Please verify your EMAIL for a second EMAIL stating your package is ready to be picked up. If you have not received an email, make a SEARCH in your emails with the word “OPIUM” and set the emails to arrive to your INBOX. Pick Up hours are only available Monday thru Friday from 11am to 7pm and on Saturday from 11am to 3pm. Orders should be placed before 7pm to make sure you can pick up next day. After 7pm, orders will be packed the following day.
Shipping
Shipping is calculated before purchase is completed. Please allow 1-3 business days for domestic or international shipping. All orders are processed Monday thru Friday from 11am thru 7pm and Saturday from 11am thru 3pm and shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Orders placed after 7pm will ship on the next business day. Note: Usually local deliveries thru USPS (PR MAINLAND) will arrive next day; meaning, if item was shipped on monday you will probably be receiving your order by tuesday.

Tracking Your Order
A shipping confirmation will be sent by email once your order is dispatched. Please verify your spam folder. The tracking number will be included and a link to track the package. We are not responsible for shipping delays.
We are NOT responsible for shipments in which tracking numbers state that they have been delivered. If you would like to insure your package, you may choose to do so while checking out, by choosing the option "Insure my Package" for an additional fee.
Please notice that OPIUM is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost or stolen due to USPS.
We will help you trace your package and help to guide you on filing a claim if package is lost.
OPIUM is not responsible if client enters and incorrect address. OPIUM will not refund the shipping cost. The customer is responsible to cover the cost once the package arrives again to be re-send.
