We're sorry things didn't go out as planned; the good news is you get 3 days to return your items starting from the day your tracking number announces your package has been delivered.

For return instructions please send us a message thru our Instagram's DM @opm.prr @opm.pr.

Store Credit is granted after receiving your merchandise within 3 days after purchase has been completed on Pick- Up orders and on Shipments, 3 days after tracking number announces your package has been delivered. Items must be shipped out within 3 days after receiving your Return Authorization Number; as evidenced by the support email and courier's tracking information. After 3 days, we wont be accepting any merchandise claims and won't be granting store credit. If your PICK UP order has not been picked up before 3 days, no credit or exchanges are granted.

RETURNS & USING YOUR CREDIT


ANY RETURN SHOULD BE NOTIFIED AND APPROVED BEFORE RETURNING BY MESSAGING US THRU OUR INSTAGRAM ACCOUNT @OPM.PRR or @OPM.PR ONLY (NO EMAIL). ANY EXCHANGE FOR PRODUCT & NEW SHIPPING COSTS FOR RESENDS WILL BE MANAGED SOLELY THRU OUR INSTAGRAM ACCOUNT. THIS MEANS, ANY NEW ITEM TO BE CHOSEN AS AN EXCHANGE FOR CREDIT SHOULD ALSO BE MANAGED SOLELY THRU OUR INSTAGRAM MESSAGING.

For hygiene reasons, merchandise should be unworn, unaltered, without stains or odors. We ask that you try on swimwear and bodysuits over your own underwear and keep the seal intact. 

Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke, cigarette, or similar product stains/condition will be refused and no credit will be granted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Store credit has one year expiration date.

We don't do REFUNDS, we ONLY give STORE CREDIT that has one (1) year expiration date. We don't return shipping charges. 

Credit can only be used on IN-STOCK items. Credit cannot be used on PRE-ORDERS or to PAY-OFF any existing layaways. Store credit CANNOT be used to pay for shipment expenses; shipping expenses are to be paid for seperately. Store credit should solely be used in exhange for in-stock mercahndise. Store credit cannot be used on items such as collaborations with local artists. Credit should be used on same department items, example, an exchange for woman's clothing should only be used to buy woman's clothing. Clients are also responsible for any shipping costs required to return the item as well as for a re delivery of a new chosen item.

 

SALE ITEMS 

Please be mindful that ALL SALES or DISCOUNTS are a FINAL SALE. Taxes are to be collected on SALE ITEMS. No credits or changes are allowed.

 

 Faulty Items

We're bummed to hear that you’ve received an item that’s not in perfect condition. So that we can get this fixed for you please go to our 'Contact Us' tab for further instructions or send us a DM thru Instagram @opm.prr & @opm.pr. To help us get this fixed for you ASAP, when you first contact us please include the following information;

Your Name, Order Number, Product Name and Code, Picture of the fault and a Description of the fault.

Please take in consideration that OPIUM will not accept the following clothing/items.  

All White & Ivory Clothing are Final Sale.

Accessories including belts, hats and jewelry are Final Sale. 

Items on Sale, Holiday Specials, BFCM, and/or Final Sale can't be returned, exchanged or receive a store credit.
