Pre Orders & Layaways

Yes! You read that right. We have a Pre Order and Layaway system. So hold on tight cuz most of your favorite styles can still be yours if you are out of dough or if we ran out of your favorite piece. How does it work? Follow these steps:

First, You would need to contact us thru Instagram's DM @opm.prr or @opm.pr  so we can charge you a deposit for either a Layaway or a Pre-Order.

Things to have in mind: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF OUR POLICY IS NOT READ THOROUGHLY.

• For a Layaway we require a 35% minimum deposit.
• After your deposit is received, and you decide you no longer want the item in layaway or one of the items that was placed on layaway, you will lose that 35% deposit for that piece. If you have given more than a 35% deposit, you will lose the 35% and the rest is left as a credit. The 35% lost is not credited or refunded, it is kept as a fee for taking that item out of stock. What will be credited is the additional deposit that was given over the 35%.
• Layaways are held for a total of 30 days. It is clients responsibility to pay off their layaways. If it not paid before its due date, TOTAL PAID for items seperated on layaway will not be refunded or credited and item goes back in our regular stock for re selling.
• Layaways not paid off in full at the end of the month and still clients wants to hold on to the layaway, a $100 charge fee will be applied per month extended.

• yes, you can extend your always MONTHLY by, adding to your layaway a minimum purchase of $100USD and by paying an extra 35% of this new purchase and the old items kept on layaway.
• if you decide to EXTEND a LAYAWAY know that NO CHANGES can be made to the first LAYAWAY once finished paying off the purchase and ALSO will be considered a FINAL SALE (no exchanges because of extension).
• Layaways that have extended after a MONTH of their due date without adding a minimum of $100USD added in purchases will be charged a $100 FEE per month as a penalty charge.

• For a Pre-Order we require a 35% minimum deposit.
• PRE ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED ONCE MADE. No Return Money if Cancelled.
• After your deposit is received, and you decide you no longer want the item in layaway or one of the items that was places on layaways, you will lose that 35% deposit for that piece. • Once the item Pre-Ordered has arrived, we will notify you and be given an extra week (1 week additional only), to pay off balance.
• Item that is not paid within that extra week, deposit will be lost, not credited nor refunded.
• After a Pre-Ordered item is paid off and client is not satisfied with item, does not fit or is damaged, a credit can be given for the amount of the item (does not include shipping fees). Again, credit can only be used on In-Stock items, no Pre-Orders or existing Layaways
• If Pre-Ordered item is no longer available, we will notify you and you can choose between :

1. leaving the deposit as a credit.
2. have the deposit refunded. (this would be the only time where we Refund money)

GIFT CARDS are to be used solely on items sold by OPIUM. No collaborations can be bought with gift card. GIFT CARDS are to be used on IN STOCK items, no PRE ORDERS or to pay off existing LAYAWAYS. Expiration of One (1) year from issued date.
